Who is responsible
SRL SOLTERS, Moldova, Chishinau, str. Dimo 17, is responsible for contact requests submitted on solters.io. For privacy questions or rights requests, email mail@solters.io.
What we receive
A contact form sends your name, international phone number, selected request topic, page address and campaign parameters if present. The server also receives your IP address, browser information and submission time. If you write by email, we receive your email address and message. Please do not send call recordings, CRM exports, passwords or sensitive information in a marketing form.
Why we use it
We use the information to answer the request you chose to send and to protect the website from abuse. The contact checkbox records your permission to be contacted about that request. It does not subscribe you to marketing messages. You can instead email us. Technical security records are processed for site operation and abuse prevention.
Where requests go
Forms on solters.io use the same lead receiver as the solters.ru site. A request is stored in the shared lead database and appears in the lead list used by the app.solters.ru administration interface. The responsible team can access it. The receiver also attempts an email notification and records a Telegram notification. These channels and their providers may process information outside Moldova; we do not claim that website data is hosted only in Moldova or the EU. Ask us for details of a particular route before submitting information that requires a specific location or transfer arrangement.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry while we handle it and afterward only while a documented follow-up, legal obligation or relevant claim requires it. Security records are kept only while needed to investigate operational issues or abuse. Notification copies can have separate provider retention. To ask about the period for your request or to request deletion, contact mail@solters.io. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup or external notification system.
Local storage and analytics
The site uses local storage to remember a language choice and whether you closed the regional notice. The telephone country code is derived from the number you enter. The current marketing pages do not require an optional analytics cookie to submit a request. Browser or server security logs can still record a visit.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to certain processing and withdraw consent for future contact. Write to mail@solters.io. You may also contact the Moldovan National Centre for Personal Data Protection at datepersonale.md, or another authority competent for you. We may need limited information to verify a request.
Customer platform data and changes
This notice applies to the website enquiry path. Processing of a customer’s call recordings, CRM data or employee information requires separate product information and contractual terms. We will update this page when the website data path changes materially. The effective version is shown above.
